The 3-Star OHANA Waikiki West is located in the heart of Waikiki, just two blocks from the beach. Considered a budget friendly hotel, it is part of the local family owned Outrigger & Ohana Hotel chain. Like all their hotels, the staff is well trained, friendly and knowledgeable in assisting you with any tours or attractions you'd like to see, or simply to recommend a good restaurant.
Both the lobby and all the air conditioned guestrooms were remodeled recently and although the rooms are not large, they are comfortable and inviting with their artwork by locally renowned artists and their tropical décor. The hotel is home to Chili's Grill and Bar featuring the flavors of the American Southwest such as fajitas, baby back ribs, steaks and big margaritas. There is also a Starbucks for your coffee fix and even a full service pharmacy on the street level. Considered Hawaii's home for country music, Nashville Waikiki is also located in the hotel and is a great place for country music, dancing and meeting new friends. Open from 4 pm to 4 am. Happy hour is 4 to 8 pm daily, free dance lessons every Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm, pool, darts and the largest dance floor in Waikiki.
