The Kona Beach Restaurant at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel has been designated "Favorite Hotel
Restaurant - Neighbor Island" by the Honolulu Advertiser in 2000, 2001 and 2004. The restaurant offers
casual dining with a fantastic view, each table looking out over the ocean and Kamakahonu Bay, open for
breakfast Monday to Saturday from 6 to 10am; Sunday Brunch 9am to 1pm; and dinner on Friday and Saturday
from 5:30 to 9pm.
The poolside Billfish Bar serves a great selection of appetizers and tropical drinks from 11am to 9pm
daily. Every Tuesday and Saturday evening, Hawaiian musicians provide live entertainment to accompany the
magnificent sunset. The Island Breeze Luau is held every Sunday and Tuesday through Friday, featuring a
large buffet, food cooked in an imu (underground oven) and live entertainment.
The hotel will begin renovations on the West Tower on June 1, 2008. The luau grounds and
