Description

The 3-Star ResortQuest Kona by the Sea recently completed a $1.4 million property improvement project as well as refurbishment of their one and two bedroom condos. This lovely oceanfront resort has breathtaking ocean views on a dramatic rocky shoreline and is located only about two miles from the center of Kailua-Kona. The air conditioned suites are very spacious with the two bedroom units 1,263 sq.ft. All the suites have two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and reflect a casual Hawaiian style. The generous sized lanais offer a wonderful spot for dining in the evening and watching spectacular sunsets.

The hotel features a beachfront swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck with a jet spa, barbeque grills, dining tables and lounge chairs. They also provide WiFi in the lobby and pool area and the on-site Spa Hina which recently opened, featuring yoga classes and oceanfront massages. Unlike many condos on the Kona Coast, Kona by the Sea has a sandy area that is between the ocean and the pool.
